Dove Creek Music has established some guidelines which keep lesson schedules running smoothly and provide students and their families with better overall service.

Scheduling Lessons

  • Individual lessons are one half hour per week, and are based on a quarterly commitment of three months.
  • New students may start at any time during the year subject to available lesson slots.

Cancellations

  • A minimum of 24-hours notice is required for lessons that must be rescheduled.
  • Although there are no refunds, every effort will be made to reschedule a make-up lesson within two weeks of the missed lesson.

Payment Schedule

  • Tuition for each month is due in full at the first lesson of the month.

Pricing

  • Individual weekly 1/2-hour private lessons are $100.00 per month based on a quarterly commitment. Pre-payment for the quarter (3 months) receives a 5% discount.
  • Quarters are: (Jan-Mar), (Apr-Jun), (Jul-Sep), (Oct-Dec).
